Units could include: • Cook and finish complex poultry dishes • Cook and finish complex shellfish dishes • Provide Leadership for your team • Supervise food services You will also be completing Functional Skills exams in Maths and English (if you have taken GCSEs within the last 5 years, you may be exempt from this). Progress reports will be completed and given to your employer by your tutor.
