What will you be learning?
This advanced course will help you improve your existing food preparation skills and develop the ability to work effectively under pressure as both a member and a leader of a small team.
The course covers: Establish and develop positive working relationships in hospitality; maintain the health and hygiene, safety and security of the working environment; prepare and cook fish, meat and game for complex dishes; prepare, cook and finish hot sauces and chocolate products; prepare, finish and present canaps and cocktail products; prepare and cook complex hot and cold desserts; contribute to the development and introduction of recipes and menus.
