No usual provider spiel & cancelled visits etc. - felt very assured that I was being supported and looked after at all times and received a positive service and not just treated as an 'earner'! Contact was perfect & achieved something & meetings always agreed & also honoured. Very impressed and can recommend without a second thought - customer care is excellent. Set at correct level and also the amount of optional units was good - no problems in finding suitable ones that were maeningful. Enabled applied knowledge & skills to be demonstrated and accredited. SDL provided excellent service and and all documentation etc. Allowed two senior administrators to gain a qualification and prove what they do for the company and show that 'Admin drives the business'.
SDL staff are efficient and know their job well. Always arrived to appointments and were clear in their intent from day one. Work based learning enables you to provide all types of evidence and not all has to go in the portfolio - references to areas of storage and also photos were taken too! Costs are very reasonable when you actually consider the registartion fees and then the specialised attention you get and regular visits etc.← | →

Very much enjoyed the course - a very good mix of theory and practice that can be applied to many areas. SDL are experts in L&D - they are positive & encouraging while always seeking to negotiate and utilise holistic assessment methods that allow you to perform naturally. I had some RPL and this was addressed in my IAG/induction etc. so when I started I had a clear route to follow & was continuously supported with feedback to all work submitted. Will recommend them always - they provide insight & understanding, are courteous & professional and are actually enjoyable to work with.

The level is exactly right and the units available allow you to decide on a suitable route. Excellent discussion & planning and then assessment planning was the key to being successful and also the regular meetings and the contact options.
Knowledge was addressed by various methods that always seemed appropriate & using the holistic approach is really a winner!
Length of course is just about right as there is no rush but it is incredible how quickly it comes together under this method and I was impressed. QCF is completely understood and can transfer the knowledge gained.
Responsiveness and sheer customer service is consistently delivered. Pricings are highly competitive and worth every penny - in fact should be more looking at the competition. The feeling of confidence, motivation and empowerment to be able to succeed and quickly is rather special and I have remembered many things in undertaking this activity via reflection & discussion and also have learnt and want to develop more - mentoring received is fantasic! (Staff inc. Directors provide IAG, TNA, assessment & verification + you get to work with them - a great ethos!) Sheer understanding of the QCF and CBQ standards and also the application of skills, knowledge & understanding - cannot be beaten.← | →

Thoroughly enjoyed the course and cannot praise my assessor and SDL Training enough. We use SDL for all our staff training as they provide an independent and professional service that is very cost effective. This new qualification has been provided under the new QCF standards and is very much focused on work based learning and we are using this more and more as it is more suitable than PTLLs or similar. SDL understand and also can deliver to individuals &/or groups and can work with novice or experienced staff and offer a professional service. Their dedication & knowledege is inspiring and all staff report good things about the team always.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course and cannot praise my assessor and SDL Training enough. As the Director I was encouraged to undertake a qualification as part of the service SDL provide. My staff undertook L2s and I was persuaded to undertake the Level 4 - what a worthwhile expereince this has been! Very interested in seeing how the process works first-hand and also has enabled me to develop a new structure to the business with qualifications targetting specific levels/duties. Extremely pleased with the support and business-sense that SDL provided and will certainly continue to do so as they have completely changed my mind about training providers and the qualifications offered - their knowledge and also impartiality creates and supports this throughout and a pleasure doing business with them. No politics, funding issues, eligibility or rhetoric.
