3. Entry requirements The entry requirement is a Level 2 Award in Food Safety or experience working in commercial kitchens. 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method Your assessment for this qualification will be via a knowledge test, consisting of 15 short-answer questions. The assessment will take place on the last day of the course.
