Ideal for those working in a supervisory or managerial role. Among those who would benefit are those responsible for quality assurance, buying raw materials, customer complaints investigations or on-the-job training.

This course builds on a candidate’s knowledge of food safety, and develops their ability and confidence to manage food safety effectively.

This 3 day course is run over 3 consecutive Tuesdays, i.e. 6th, 13th and 20th June 2017

About this course

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Play an active part in monitoring food hygiene standards
• Be involved in on-job food hygiene training
• Encourage good standards of personal hygiene
• Be able to assist in implementing food safety procedures based on HACCP
• Help in the formulation and writing of hygiene policies, instructions, etc.

Supervisors and managers working in a food environment, e.g. sous chefs, head chefs, catering managers, F&B Managers, etc.
