The trainer, Vic, was thoroughly professional, informative and amusing. As someone who is self employed it was difficult to take three consecutive days off. What wasn't clear at the time of booking was that I could do the course over more than one session. Anyway, I would recommend it.

I took the first aid at work with Rod the last week. He was an excellent teacher, made the class easy to understand. As a group we honestly think we have not had such a good a teacher as him. Superb!

We covered plenty of ground regarding technical issues and trainer techniques - but in an enjoyable manner. The group gelled very well and their mixed backgrounds and experience levels added value to the course

Great course, full of excellent information. The course was an intensive 2 day HR course, Sue made it fun and interested and I gained more from this course than 2 years working in HR. At the end of the course she provided us with reference guides covering all aspects of HR - a must do course
