I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

We had an engaging tutor, changing the pace and direction to benefit the audience but still keeping on track. He was a very open-minded person, willing to answering all our questions and he put effort in articulating his responses. Apart from the instructor, the course materials were excellent, easy to follow and well-structured.

The Leadership Masterclass was not only good for learning how to communicate effectively with people from your team, but also an eye-opening. This course was very helpful and educational. The instructor was amazing. He helped us understand how to change our language to match the person/people we communicate with and how to motivate them in a workplace situation.
