Uniform and equipment costs will be incurred as will trips and visits. These costs will be identified at interview as they vary from year to year.
The Programme
During the course you will study theory and practice of food preparation and cooking, and food and beverage service; also costing and control, health and safety, customer care skills and Key Skills.

A wide range of opportunities exist for further training, and there are very good career prospects in the Hotel and Catering Industry if students seek employment after the course.
