Overall a very good experience. Apart from that I have enjoyed my experience as a very, very mature student. Support is great feedback has been detailed but often late which has an impact on future work. Support is always there if needed. There are support sessions for mathematics, writing, and computing. It's up to you whether you have the courage to make use of the support offered. The university has various volunteering projects that contribute to the local community. They also have various summer research positions which work on improving human welfare in some way.

Overall a very good experience. Apart from that I have enjoyed my experience as a very, very mature student. Support is great feedback has been detailed but often late which has an impact on future work. Support is always there if needed. There are support sessions for mathematics, writing, and computing. It's been so good so far, I have a have learned so much and grown as a person. All the facilities at Coventry University are excellent and up to the requirements of modern educational system. As an international student I never thought I would find it the transition easy but I've grown to love my course and have a passion for my future. There are employment fairs quite often and for law specifically we have a third module each semester that tends to focus on transferable skills. Each faculty has an employment tutor as I've gathered. Lectures are very helpful and friendly providing guidance and assistance whenever needed or requested. The students union is pretty alright and takes steps to always keep us informed and interested in activities taking place around the university. The University’s facilities are at quite a very good standard.

It's been so good so far, I have a have learned so much and grown as a person. All the facilities at Coventry University are excellent and up to the requirements of modern educational system. This course balances perfectly in depth aspects of both medicine and the pharmaceutical industry, providing clear career information and how to get there. This is along with the opportunity to stay on at the university and gain a masters in pharmacology and drug discovery, as well as plenty of PhD opportunities for those students willing to work for it. All staff are available when they say they will be and only at the other end of an email, I have received an unbelievable level of support with absolutely everything I have done, whether that be personal, interview training, guidance with work I find difficult etc. The course is set 50% each way roughly by coursework and exams, coursework including essays, lab reports and leading on to writing full scientific articles - potentially worthy of publication or conferences. Final year also includes your own lab based project for your thesis, conducting your own research! Teaching is lecture, workshop and lab based, along with an element of independent study which is up to you if you want to achieve those higher grades.The level of lab experience we gain at this university is of an extremely high standard and focuses around making you an attractive and employable graduate.

This university suitable for anyone. I am really glad I choose Coventry such a lovely campus and city! Overall I think this is a great University with a diverse range of courses that have a lot to offer. There is always someone who can help you, you can not be bored because of the huge amount of programs and societies and the employment rate after graduation is really high. I would recommend this Uni to anyone willing to gain a diploma and enjoy a wonderful experience!

I am studying Medical Science and Pharmacological Sciences. It is a very interesting course and you can specialise and divert to any branch. Pharmacology is a great course to be in. I'd like to be a clinical research scientist and this idea came from many work placements I have done during summer. Last summer I worked with one of my lecturers and I was able to see her research on anticancer drugs.

The University of Coventry provided lots of professional opportunities, industry standard video equipment and good general support. The modules were usually practical which I enjoyed. My experience has been great so far. As for the staff there they were very helpful with me when I was getting my minibus liscence through the university. Throughout university I captained the snowsports team and would have to deal with the SU staff regularly. They were very helpful and would always do every thing they could to help the team. Nothing stands out other than the volunteering fair where they offer lots of community based activities for students to boost their cv and give back to the community.

Overall, it's been good. The work can get the best of you if you don't keep track of it but without the pressure of a lot of exams, it's easily managed. There aren't many issues with it. Placements are encouraged and skills are focused on.

I would say that my experience has been positive and I have learned a lot. However, I also feel that the courses and their content could be structured better as I do not feel I have learned as much as I could have. I am however grateful for studying in such a modern university equipped with facilities that contribute to a comfortable learning environment. They provide advice on preparing a CV right through to providing mock interviews to provide feedback and improve prospects. They provide career fairs and employer talks so that students are aware what out there and can find more information. They provide several workshops to help develop soft skills such as leadership courses and communicating with confident body language etc. The practical tutorial/lab sessions within the networking lab and ethical hacking lab.

An invaluable experience at Coventry University. The thing that I liked the most is that the University has a centre that is dedicated just to enhance employablility whilst studying at Coventry. It offers opportunities to work or study overseas, learn a foreign language and gain international experience. As an international student myself I managed to get work experience through the centre. Additionally, the faculty provides support to find placements, through organizing events, provide support to improve CV, help with interviews.

My experience at Coventry has been very good so far. I am enjoying the lectures as well as lab tutorials. Lab tutorials allow me to discuss with about my work and and get feedback. Overall it is I am really glad with my choice. It offers industrial placement as well as year abroad placement, it also offers the summer internships enhances chance of employability. The good thing about this course is that it allows me to do the various types of activities in group and lecturer provides the examples which makes lectures more interesting and makes easy for us to understand the topic. Its really good opportunity to be part of the Student's Union as it involves many task which helps to build student's confident and communication skills.

I have truly enjoyed my time at Coventry University, I am so happy I chose to attend here! The university is great and modern. The library is perfect for when you trying to cram in all that last minute work, as it's open 24 hours a day. All teachers supported my study throughout and my tutor support was always available and very professional. The whole university has a big family feel and I loved it. Would highly recommend it.

This course has gone past my expectations because we studied thoroughly some topics which I am interested in. They also encouraged me to do more reading about poverty and the colonisation in Africa. Field trips were an amazing way of making new friends and developing skills which cannot be developed in a class. We have also developed critical thinking skills, which makes us distinctive and highly demand in the employment world.

I have truly enjoyed my time at Coventry University, I am so happy I chose to attend here! The university is great and modern. The library is perfect for when you trying to cram in all that last minute work, as it's open 24 hours a day. All teachers supported my study throughout and my tutor support was always available and very professional. The whole university has a big family feel and I loved it. Would highly recommend it.

This course has gone past my expectations because we studied thoroughly some topics which I am interested in. They also encouraged me to do more reading about poverty and the colonisation in Africa. So far experience has been mixed. the most important thing to me is the course and this has been good to a point. Most of the modules are engaging and teach a variety of skills and the majority of the tutors are helpful and have great amounts of knowledge of the industry. however there hes been some disappointments. The course currently does not offer training in software, which is a critical skill in order to get a job in practice. The tutors are aware of this but the current expectation is to teach this to ourselves. The university also has failed to fulfill is promise in the 'no hidden extras' promise advertised when I joined the university as this year we are expected to make a significant contribution towards our compulsory trip which last year was virtually free. There was also a reduction in the quality and volume of equipment provided this year in comparison to previous years. So far there has been no explanation provided for this change and has left me and fellow students disappointed that we have been mislead. We are also unhappy about how the university does not include students in major decisions . The biggest being the courses move from the engineering faculty to the arts and humanities without warning just before the course started. The first we heard of it was the day we arrived! This was a move that resulted in our course becoming neglected and isolated from key facilities such as computer suits. We are also isolated geographically as our studio/ lecture space is still in an engineering building.

The university were good, staff are nice, the facilities were great. University faculties are pretty good, especially is the sport membership, I did tennis and the times they have managed were great. Clubs and societies were people who interest, perhaps there hobbies, there are different types of societies like sport societies, drama etc

Moreover, there are employment fairs on campus few times per year. CU also has nice and friendly career staff that helps with CV writing and job seeking. What is more, there is Centre for Global Engagement which helps with placements and becoming global graduates. Teachers are really kind and supportive, they respond to emails very promptly and are always willing to explain things more than once. Schedule is good as one day of the week is always free. CU has a really nice library that it's open 24/7. Also Engineering Building and William Morris Building have nice rooms and the stuff working there is friendly. The Hub is a great place as well. All buildings are really close, which makes it easy to get around.

The university were good, staff are nice, the facilities were great. University faculties are pretty good, especially is the sport membership, I did tennis and the times they have managed were great. Also the university held a competition to win a 9 month product design placement which I won and now have 9 months work experience on my CV before I even graduated. Also the university have a Addvantage programme where you can pick and extra module to study for a term that's outside of your subject, I chose photography one year and have used the skills I picked up in all variations of work now.
