Cost
Uniform and equipment costs will be incurred as will trips and visits. These costs will be identified at interview as they vary from year to year.
The Programme
The students will learn practical and theoretical Food Production. This subject is taught in the Exe Restaurant and Kitchen, Bistro and Student Servery, all of which are run as commercial enterprises.
Progression / Careers
A wide range of opportunities exist for further training, and there are very good career prospects in the Hotel and Catering Industry if students seek employment after the course.
