Very informative course and very good qualifications is level 4 certificate in education and training course for me. The trainer was knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of real life scenarios which helped us to remember what we would need to do. Tracey was a great trainer and I must say they way she delivered training was simply outstanding. I would surley recommend this course to all. She used RMS as she fairly knew how important it was for us to get a hang on it.

I did Report writing course with them and it was truly great and especially, trainers were amazing and informative. I wanted more examples as in few reports and case studies, They could have made things better but rest was superb. It's just a suggestion. We all have a room for improvement. I enjoyed the course overall. I would recommend the same to others.
