I really enjoyed how Eskil approached this. There was an extensive amount of pre-work including consultation and assessments and the two facilitators had run organisations to over £100m so they really understood how to handle big business. The discussions around ethics were very interesting without getting too bogged down in details about governance and compliance. The focus on authenticity was very useful and the group discussions were invaluable. Definitely worth attending.

Two off us attended from our organisation as we were interested in psychology and behaviour and how leadership ethics would work in a growing market. The facilitators were fluent in French and this helped the workshop to feel more comfortable. The venue was exceptional and the evening meals with other delegates were a lot of fun. The 360 degree emotional intelligence is very useful and I have recommended that all of our board does this and the other Eskil workshops are attended.

I am part of a leadership development program, sent to an Eskil workshop with a foundation on psychology, behaviour and ethics. The content was very easy to grasp and the workbook had further information where required. I like that I have to demonstrate understanding before being awarded a certificate and hope that my exercise book was of the correct standard for my award!

Brilliant workshop. Before attending, Eskil consulted with me to make sure that my objectives were taken into account. I then received a series of psychology assessments for completion before the workshop. The venue was very well presented and, on arrival, I received a beautiful delegate pack including luxury items, the workbook, exercise book, and feedback on my assessments. Everything about the workshop was of the highest order. I came away from this workshop understanding that my communications and behaviours are critical in the leadership of a business facing huge changes.

When Eskil started to speak to me a week before the workshop, I realised that this was going to be different to other training that I had attended in UAE and other parts of GCC. The facilitators were very well briefed, the content was focused on us carrying out many exercises and the case studies helped to explain key points. The venue and meals were of a high standard and the workbooks full of useful information. I feel that I earned my certificate!

I have attended many leadership workshops and was not sure what to expect from Eskil. I had spoken to their Concierge Team and have never been interviewed about why I am attending, what I am seeking to learn, and why I had chosen this specific workshop. The liaison was very efficient and the pack supplied to the delegates was the best that I have ever seen. The other delegates were operating at Director level and so the conversations were as valuable as the content and the facilitators. I went to your workshop in London and really enjoyed both how it was delivered and the venue. I’ve never really thought strategically about a sale before and definitely didn’t think about how my sale can be linked to so many different parts of my company and the customer.

Within the first 9 months, my sales had doubled, my processes were slicker and my overall approach became far more strategic. They introduced new toolkits and processes as well as one to one mentoring sessions which are invaluable as they have provided a confidential environment to discuss issues, barriers and doubts (the bane of a Business Developers life) and result in an action plan to move the overall strategy forward.

It was important that we develop a way to empower people to propose new ideas to the board and for us to have a mechanism in place to turn them into reality. The majority of our employees were going through change and we didn’t want this to overwhelm them. To achieve this, we commissioned Eskil to deliver their three-day workshop to the board. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. I had tried to book a ticket for the full 3 days of the Eskil workshop on intrapreneurship but could not attend the first day. Eskil have broken down their full workshop into 3 separate days and so I attended the 2nd day. This is a very clever workshop that introduces you to a framework for developing your corporate entrepreneurs, taking into account executive, HR, IT, Finance and more. The whole day was focused on you building your own ecosystem and so the outcome can be easily measured. I would strongly advise people to attend. Delivered in both Arabic and English.

I had seen people from Eskil speaking at different events about intrapreneurship and wanted to go to one of their workshops. I attended two of their workshops and, as I am responsible for building the framework for intrapreneurs in our business, this was the more relevant one. It is very clever how Eskil introduce the principles of the framework and support you in building your own. We had been quoted over €40,000 to develop our framework and we paid less than €4,000 to do the same thing with Eskil. This is great value for money and should be well attended by all.

The two days with Eskil have already proved to be extremely useful to me. The assessment and feedback has given me a clear path for me to build my own emotional intelligence and also helps me to understand how to connect better with colleagues (and customers). When I think of all the times when we have had conflict in the office over what seems to be little things and how I am personally contributing to the conflict was painful but a great lesson.

I am a junior strategist and needed to build my understanding of corporate strategy. My manager recommended Eskil to me as they delivered workshops in Arabic as well as English and I was able to speak to the company before the workshop so that they could tune some of the content for me. They also advised me of certain sources of information that would be useful to me and sent me their workbook in advance that had notes for all of the slides. I felt prepared for the workshop and did not feel uncomfortable. I learnt a lot on the workshop and was able to demonstrate my new knowledge to my manager on my return.

I have been assigned responsibility for looking at the overall strategy of our company, specialising in construction. Eskil gave us an option of different facilitators and we selected a French speaker to deliver four days to us. We completed over twenty exercises designed to build our corporate strategy including branding, positioning, pricing, etc. I really enjoyed the workshop but think we would have benefited from it being two sessions of two days each to give us an opportunity to absorb all the learning. When Eskil completes creating its workshop that also includes elearning, I will be sending my department on this program.

The workshop was very well run with two facilitators experienced in governance and corporate social responsibility. There was an emphasis on ethics which was very interesting. I liked how we were given time for the exercises and for open discussions without feeling like we were being hurried on to another part of the workshop. It felt very natural and friendly.

After much research, I decided to invest in Eskil’s Leadership Psychology workshop, facilitated by people certified in assessing and coaching through emotional intelligence. This workshop is very useful to me. Their 360 degree assessment helped me to understand my own emotional intelligence and also how others in my organization see me. Further, the facilitators allocated a dedicated time to me to help me plan my personal development as well as my leadership development.

I have always been fascinated with emotional intelligence and mindfulness and wanted to understand how these can be applied in my life and my work. I also wanted to speak with the facilitators about how to encourage this in my organization. Eskil use British and Arabic facilitators so that there were never any problems with language and we could also discuss how different cultures see leadership. This was a very informative and demanding workshop and I greatly recommend it.

I attended all 3 days of the Eskil workshop about intrapreneurship and this was a fantastic day for me to learn how to manage the process of moving someone’s idea into reality. Using a business canvas, you are able to identify the issue, opportunities, pains & gains and the finances before working on a separate stakeholder map. The facilitators helped greatly in showing me how to build my canvas and to educate colleagues.

There are many workshops talking about the strategic aspect of intrapreneurship but I always felt that they were light on detail. The whole series of workshops by Eskil were well constructed, mixing strategy with practical ‘how-to’ approaches. The 3rd day was about the canvas and this, again, had outcomes that justified the time and money invested. I have a structured model for helping colleagues navigate through our organisation including political management, developing the business case, and mentoring the intrapreneur. Very well presented.

Three of us attended Eskil’s workshop and it was a very interesting introduction to team cohesiveness. Some of the case studies used by the facilitators showed us that we weren't alone in trying to build a great team culture during times of change and the different psychology tools used really showed us a way forward. I personally think that this would be a great kick-off for using Eskil’s expertise in team building programs.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.
