The Customer Service course has surpassed my expectations. I had the best tutor I ever met! Always responds back to my emails and queries, offers help and support where needed. Recently I've had trouble uploading an assignment where I thought I submitted it 16 days earlier, it was just downloaded not submitted. I emailed my tutor Juliette and the response I got was amazing. I'm really greatful to have such an understanding and helpful tutor.
