Before attending Tante Marie, I was already a passionate cook. I took this course with the purpose of learning the basics, but what I got was a whole bunch more like true lifelong friends. Currently, I am writing this from Portofino, Italy where I’m the head chef of a yacht. Would I have gotten here without going to Tante Marie? Maybe, but with them and the training, I certainly made it quicker.

They taught us from scratch and developed to advanced skills, learning about ingredients, menu planning and budgeting. This school also helps you to find a job in highly ranked restaurants.
